Due to the nature of research chemicals, we do not accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at info@auspeptidewarehouse.com.au and we will arrange a replacement. All claims require photographic evidence.

Keep them in the freezer (around −20°C) until you're ready to use them — they'll stay stable for up to 2 years. Once mixed with water, keep them in the fridge and use within 4 weeks. Keep away from light and moisture.

Add bacteriostatic water (BAC water) to the vial using a syringe. Tilt the vial and let the water run down the side gently — don't squirt it directly onto the powder. Swirl gently until dissolved.
